Hello VBMA Members!

My name is Kate Hellner-Burris, and I am the National Vice President for 2011. It is my pleasure to announce that applications for Regional Leader positions are now open. Regional Leaders are a vital part of the Veterinary Business Management Association, serving as a resource for individual chapters and a bridge between the national board and the local chapters. The position offers you the chance to network with students across the nation while gaining leadership experience. I hope that you will consider applying to be a part of the 2011 Regional Leader Team!

The 2011 regional leader term will begin at the National Meeting in Orlando (January 14-17). You will join the National Board and 2010 Regional Leader Team for a strategic planning session and training on Friday afternoon before the National Meeting kicks off. You will also play an important role during the meeting by leading the chapters in your region during regional breakout sessions. All travel expenses to the meeting will be reimbursed.
