Hello from Southern Cali!

One of our goals is to host a day-long VBMA symposium similar to what UC Davis has done in the past. Originally, we wanted to invite Shawn McVey to be our speaker, but with how expensive this will be and the lack of interest from our SCAVMA to co-host,it may not happen. Do you any of you have a speaker recommendation that would beneft both the students and the surrounding veterinary community and be more affordable? I have already spoken with Fritz Wood, and he isn't able to commit to a day-long event.

Any input would be much appreciated. Hope you're all finishing the year strong!
