Business Cards

Have any of you offered business cards as a perk to your members? Did you find it beneficial? Please let me know your thoughts on this as a membership builder or fundraiser!

Has anyone tried selling the card holders, such as the one with the VBMA logo on it that Jim Wilson gives with Priority Press orders?

Membership Perk

As a membership perk we give 100 business cards and a business card holder for those who purchase a 4 year membership. This is a good incentive for members and they get really excited about the cards. This is also a great way to get members for many years since they pay one price that covers all 4 years and gets them a great perk. We rarely get any members that sign up for less than 1 year.

4 year membership and business cards

I like your membership perk on the 100 business cards and card holder for 4 year membership. I'll ask our exec team about a four year membership as we are currently working on ways to increase our 4th year student membership.

Cards at UPenn

We are looking in to getting cards this year. In the past, we just made cards for incoming officers for the National Meeting. This year, our Marketing Chair, Holly Stewart, is spearheading an effort to offer cards to all our members. These will be provided at cost, not for free, but we expect to have many members who are interested in having some business cards with both UPenn's logo as well as the VBMA. I'll let you know how it goes.
