Hi all,

This post was actually provoked by a recent book request by my Co-Vice President. I was wondering if anyone has had on-campus speakers/lunchtime talks/group dialogues etc. on the topic of Women in Business. While I realize the topic might be somewhat exclusive, the fact remains that a majority of vet students today are women, and there are a lot of great books and speakers on the topic of Women In Business.

As someone with 15+ years of business experience, I can definitely say that women and men do tend to have different approaches to leadership, employee relations, business development, and practice management to name a few. Has anyone broached any of these topics as a group or with a speaker? What was the interest level/response?
