Hello, Fellow South Central Chapters!

I just wanted to share a new meeting and wetlab opportunity that we just held and had great success with. We worked with the folks at Mars Veterinary Services to present to our student body about genetic testing in general and Wisdom Panel in particular. First, the presentation by Dr. Angela Hughes was great, but the testing opportunity - offered at a reduced cost - was a big hit!

Okay, you may think this doesn't quite fit with VBMA and, perhaps, you are right. But, we find that along with the other more traditional topics, we have also (successfully) offered exposure to service-based aspects of the veterinary business that we can take forward into our profession - while having had first-hand experience with it.
