I am a UK veterinarian (RVC 1960) and have written and spoken widely on veterinary practice management issues in the UK and overseas for many years.

I am a Past President of the BSAVA and the VPMA and hold a Diploma in Management Studies, a Certificate in Veterinary Practice Management from the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association in the U.S. and the Certificate in Veterinary Practice Administration awarded jointly by Purdue University and the American Animal Hospital Association.

Now semi-retired, I offer part-time management consultancy to the veterinary profession and publish Veterinary Business Briefing, an on-line practice management resource for the international veterinary community.
