Many of the offerings we bring to our chapters are "lunch talks" with a sponsor about a business topic. Although many of these are excellent (Live Oak comes to mind) and should continue the circuit, I want to see my chapter utilize their own skills and creativity to make their own events. Yes, we would need to rely on an outside expert, but many of them are willing to work with chapters to develop the event in which they are participating. I'd like to see more of this at Penn.
