Surveying your "Constituents"
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to inform you all about a survey system that I like to use. It's called survey monkey (www.surveymonkey.com). You make an account, create any number of surveys, and then email the people you want to survey a link to take the survey. You can then analyze your results to see what your "constituents" want, and it's FREE! For example, I send out a survey after each event to see how the speaker and topic was received, and where we can improve. I've also surveyed my class, the class ahead of me, and the incoming class to determine which subjects are of the most interest. I've found that close-ended questions usually get answered significantly more than open-ended questions. It's also significantly easier to analyze the results using this service than it is to figure it out on your own using paper surveys. More time efficient too!
Anyway, thought this would be helpful. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
