First of all, SAVMA Symposium is coming in March, but we all knew that. Second, National VBMA will be presenting a speaker, but we all knew that, too. Now the students at Wisconsin are going to get a more in depth look at what the VBMA is about and can offer.

We started off the semester well. In February, Jim Mahan gave a great presentation about managing student debt and practice ownership while simultaneously emphasizing the importance of how VBMA can help.

We will be having the SAVMA Symposium in March. I have heard rumor that students are interested in hearing the presentation being offered by the NVBMA. Also in March (or April) we are hoping to host an interview dinner for our students.

After using the Symposium in March in order to better inform Wisconsin students of the VBMA, we will then hold a membership drive while using member priority for the dinner as added incentive to join.
