We hosted Dr. Johnson for a presentation about the new Emergency Clinic & Referral Specialty Center that Mississippi State CVM opened last year in Flowood, MS. This meeting is a prelude to 2 field trips which will be offered to students later this year to tour the clinic. This was a joint meeting with the Emergency & Critical Care Club. Dr. Johnson talked about procedures, staff, management, difference from day practice, upcoming rotation opportunities and many other topics associated with the Emergency Clinic and Referral Center. Students are looking forward to taking advantage of the field trip this semester!
