Hi Mid-Atlantic region,

So, in an effort to open the floodgate of communication for the regional VLE, I've started a forum for it. It's started to become too cumbersome to relay everyone's input regarding the event, where it should be held, who's going to be doing what, etc...

Also, I'd like to bring up the point that the proposed weekend: August 27-29 is the same weekend as the CVC East conference. We may want to consider changing the date so sponsors are available to attend.

This being said. Please refer to prior emails and pace your opinions on the floor so we can start the planning stages.
