VPI Competition Coordinators Decided

Competition Coordinators have been decided and VBMA chapter officers across the country are currently hosting meetings telling their students about the great opportunity they have to win $1000 through the VPI-VBMA Student Case Competition.
To participate in the competition, students find a veterinary patient's invoice or estimate for treatment. They then use the VPI schedule of benefits to determine how much money that client would save if they had a VPI policy. This is put together in a presentation and submit to VPI through the local VBMA chapter’s competition coordinators.
Every school that has over 3 students participating will have one student win a $1000 VISA gift card that they can use for whatever they wish. Additionally, chapters win extra money depending on the number of entries they have to the competition. At the very least, chapters with 3 students or participating get $250 for their chapter and chapters with 20 or more unique entries get $550 for their chapter. There are additional prizes for regions and chapters competition coordinators with the most participation. VBMA officers are encouraged to participate in this competition.
Students can find the competition packet at this website and a list of their contest coordinators here.
Entries are due to contest coordinators by March 20th 2009.
